Building project status
Rough-ins are done at last.
Now “all” we have to do is get past the inspections.
So far, we’ve had four inspections, from three different inspectors. Each time they come out, they find new things. This is NOT helpful for concluding this round. Currently, the last inspector by had only one tiny real issue; (it was so small we probably could have fixed it before he was finished inspecting, if Pops or I had been there) and he said we could go on to drywall even though he didn’t pass us. Yay! Still, if we fail another inspection because of new issues, and switch around inspectors, we’re going to complain to the building department.
